District Explorer Fireworks 2025!

On Tuesday 4th November, Explorer Scouts from Maidstone West and Maidstone East Districts joined forces for a spectacular evening at the annual District Explorer Fireworks Night, kindly hosted by Tovil Scout Campsite.

The night sky exploded into a dazzling display of colour and sound as fireworks whizzed, popped, and crackled to the beat of the music — a true feast for the eyes (and ears!). Laughter, cheers, and excitement filled the air as Explorers and leaders enjoyed the show.

After the grand finale, everyone gathered around a roaring campfire, where units proudly presented their handmade Guys to burn, a highlight that sparked plenty of creativity.

To top the evening off, Explorers warmed up with cups of hot soup, before treating themselves to ice cream and waffles. A perfect end to a fantastic evening of fun and fireworks.
