District Youth Leads
The District Youth Leads provide young people in the district a voice at a senior level. Ensuring that 6 – 25 year olds are involved and engaged in every decision that shapes their Scouting experience.
Youth Shaped Team
The team is made up of Youth Members who want to roll up their sleeves and work on youth led projects in Maidstone West.
The team is led by the District Youth Leads, and they work in partnership with the District Team. The Youth Shape Team are empowered to commission projects and initiatives of their own.
