Over the past few weeks, Wateringbury Scouts have been taking full advantage of the summer sunshine and their kayaking equipment by getting out on the water for a series of exciting sessions!
The Scouts have been working hard towards earning their Paddlesports Stage 1 and 2 badges, learning essential paddling skills, developing their confidence, and practising water safety techniques.
The calm conditions and sunny skies provided the perfect backdrop for their adventures—and even saw a few Scouts taking part in a truly memorable moment: being officially invested into the Scout section while out on the water in their kayaks! |
